The comments that the app doesnt work are from those who didnt allow access to the camera. This app works great but you need to allow access to your camera for the camera to see the areas to scan otherwise dots just scroll a black screen. If you are in a dark area, hit the flash at the top. Also if you want to find a mailbox near you or order from the app you need to allow location access. Our kids loved the technology. Quick and Cute!
